Terms and conditions
1. Who we are
Examen Arme (examenarme.ro) is run by [Company name], VAT/CUI [CUI], Trade Register no. [J..], registered office [address] ("we"). You can write to us at contact@examenarme.ro.
2. What we offer
Examen Arme is a preparation tool for the theory test at the end of the theoretical and practical course on weapons and ammunition (Romanian Law no. 295/2004). We offer multiple-choice simulations, practice by topic and explanations.
We are not affiliated with the Romanian Police, the IGPR, any police inspectorate or the Bucharest Police Directorate. The official test is written for each exam by the weapons department of the inspectorate. The questions in the app are not the official questions and we do not guarantee that you will pass. The real test is in Romanian; the English translation is in beta.
3. The access code
- Access works with a 12-character code from us or from your course organiser.
- The code is personal. Do not share or publish it.
- A code can be used on a limited number of devices. If you change your phone, write to us and we reset the devices.
- A code may have an expiry date, told to you when you receive it.
- We may disable a code that is misused (for example, shared publicly or used to copy the content automatically).
4. The content
Questions and explanations are written from the course materials and the laws in force on the date shown in the app ("Questions updated on …"). Laws change and the content may contain mistakes. Always check the law in force. If you find a problem, use "Report a problem" under the question.
The app's content (questions, options, explanations, design) is protected. You may use it only for your own preparation. You may not copy it, extract it automatically or republish it.
5. Liability
The app is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it correct and available, but, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for your exam result, for decisions based on the content or for temporary interruptions.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. The date of the last update is at the top of the page.
7. Applicable law
